I hold a degree in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Timisoara, with a specialization in Railways, Roads and Bridges. Since then, I have acquired vast experience of over 9 years, during which I have provided planning services to medium and major contractors in projects across Romania, completing the planning process whilst producing tender plans and programmes that are clear and understandable.
I graduated with a master's degree in Construction Project Management from the Technical University of Civil Engineering Bucharest, after completed three semesters using the analysis of the latest information technologies used in managing complex projects - “Spider Project” tool.
I have been involved within a wide range of construction projects, such as: highways, railways, wastewater treatment plant, sea coast rehabilitation, and industrial buildings.
Over 9 years work experience encompassing planning, monitoring, and controlling in various phases of project lifecycle.
Expertise in key areas such as planning, scheduling, monitoring, progress reporting, project controls, quantity surveying, analysing, and forecasting capabilities.
