I am having extensive experience in project control, planning, scheduling, cost estimating, cost control, and contract administration for industrial, commercial, residential and infrastructure Mega Projects environment. I utilise state of the art project control systems including contract and time management software. I have hands on experience in project control. I also have the knowledge of oil & gas (LNG) projects, as I was involved in BED-3 Gas Development Plant in western desert, Egypt (Shell, Bechtel, and other international firms). I am experienced in airport projects. I am involved in both pre-contract and post-contract phases. In addition to that, I am involved in contract document preparation for several international projects.
In addition to that, I have extensive experience in Primavera Project Management P6, and familiar with several Conditions of Contracts including FIDIC. In 2007, I acquired a PMP certificate (Project Management Professional) and considered an expert in claim Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
