I'm currently looking for Project Director or Project Manager opportunities.
My senior experience in project controls supporting consulting firms, owners and subcontractors entailed establishing PMO unit, developing accountability and rigor, project management and technical analyses on large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects. Based on these analyses, I have made recommendations on the viability of development and project controls programming structure & options. My project experience follows my CV, and it includes significant project life-cycle work across many countries and project. I bring forth a fresh perspective to each project life-cycle, resolving problems and making better decisions faster to improve revenue streams. Able to simultaneously provide both immediate and direct oversight and management of project controls personnel and objectives, while also building long term goals, plans, and training/staff as needed, while always collaborating with stakeholders across multinational, multi-ethnicity projects, from inception through delivery.
My writing skills are excellent; I have prepared extensive reports, presentations and proposals relating to data summaries, educational topics, funding applications and benefit/cost analyses. Likewise, I possess well-developed oral communication skills, having given project-related presentations to clients, training sessions to colleagues and lectures to college students. I am fluent in English and have limited skills in Spanish.
I have achieved a high level of expertise with numerous Primavera & Oracle software products. My advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, in particular, has proven greatly beneficial to my employers, as I have automated procedures, streamlined calculations, and constructed templates for forms and standard operating procedures.
My project controls experience combined with academic background, in tandem with my consulting and industrial experience, gives me a unique perspective on the application of project controls to real-world problems and solutions, within economic, political, and technological constraints.
