Role: Assistant manager-Planning.
Responsibility: Planning, Scheduling, Estimating, Tracking for all projects using MS Projects and PRIMAVERA for all projects of our construction company project.

PLANNING:

· Coordinating in amendment made from client for extra and deviation works from agreement BOQ.

· Analyzing the rates for shuttering as per IS 10421 - 1983 (Plywood , Steel (Learning)) , concretes of all grade with design mix as per IS 10262 -2005 from batching plant with basic rates and change in rates IS 10067-1982 for material constants in building works and IS 7272 for labour co-efficiency.
· Submitting the Bill of Quantities for client to get approvals and rate analysis for items for tasks required.
· Analyzing the cost for wind shield structural part referring IS 808 for sections.
