I would like to submit my resume in application for the advertised position of project Controls manager.
As you will see from my resume, you will find that I have the relevant experience to fulfill the requirements of the position. I am a progressive goal orientated person with a professional approach and instinct to both the project and the business.
I am currently working in Canada but looking for a route back into the UK and back into planning. I have been working for a Civils consultancy in Alberta, which isn’t really my field. I’ve been in the building industry for nearly 17 years and have progressed from surveyor through Site management, QA and finally into planning where my skills and persona work really well.
I’ve always enjoyed the site based role rather than the full time office as you get a greater understanding of the project and the people involved.
I would very much like to be considered for this position to get me away from the -35 Canadian winters, and back to the industry I love.
