Karen Marshall resume

Dear Planning Planet:

My core competency is Oracle Primavera, including P6 (all versions), and Oracle Primavera Risk Analysis.  Exceptional understanding of front-end project planning, project definition, project implementation through commissioning and closeout.  Ensuring the accuracy of project schedules.  Preparing, implementing and monitoring scopes of work and preparing Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for control and integrity.

I offer management solutions and expertise for the entire lifecycle of a project, including planning, engineering, construction, installation, logistics, and turnover.  This includes working under the most difficult timelines and budgetary constraints, with adherence to often highly-complex specifications, creation of project scope/overview, detailed plans, milestone activities, earned value analysis, risk analysis, and issue/problem logs, with ongoing interaction with vendors, consultants, contractors, customers, and internal clients throughout all project phases.  Establishment of strict adherence to project specifications and requirements, allotted time frames and budgets, quality assurance measures, and corporate standards is always the priority.  I am also knowledgeable in the recruiting, orchestrating, developing, empowering, building, and leading of dependable, high-caliber multi-national project teams.

Additionally review of all contractor's schedules consisting of critical path, cost loading, schedule content, relationships and logic ties, constraints, milestones, and codes.  Assist Project Management Team in formulating action plans to avoid cost overruns and time delays.  Conduct analysis of projects to highlight and identify specific problem areas and risks and provide mitigating strategies.  Retaining historical information for cost and schedule impact analysis for future work.

Thank you for taking time to consider my curriculum vitae.  I look forward to the next step.

Respectfully,

Karen E. Marshall
