Perform Project management Programs (engineering, procurement, installation,) including cost analysis control and manpower control. Responsible for ensuring contractors and/or lessors comply with the terms of their contractual Program. Prepare project plans, development of work breakdown structure (wbs), critically monitor execution, and to suggest appropriate and timely corrective action for achieving of project objectives and targets. Analyze overall discipline wise progress and efficiency reports, compare with the targets, and indicate areas where improvements are required. / monitor and analyze progress and project health. Coordinate with project team in all activities of engineering, procurement & Installation. Preparation of project progress reports on monthly and weekly basis, representation of planning department in weekly progress meeting with all concerned departments and client for smooth running of the project.Proficient with Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel,Power Point, Autocad, Microsoft Office.
