I'm a Venezuelan-American citizen, born at Puerto Rico in 1952 and living in Venezuela for more than 50 years
I received my Civil Engineer grade in 1975 and my Master in Construction Management in 2001. Have been involved in the profession practice since graduated and in Engineering teaching at partial time for about 26 years (now Emeritus), both at the undergraduate and graduated levels
Actually, since 1994, I'm involved in Consultancy and training personnel in the Engineering and Construction Project Management and related areas
