Hands on experience for the routine maintenance as well as preventive, proactive, predictive, condition monitoring, overhauling, breakdown and shutdown maintenance of MEG plant and tank farm area including rotary equipments like centrifugal pumps(gland/mechanical seals-single/multistage),reciprocating pumps(metering pumps),centrifugal compressors, blowers, as well as static equipments like storage tanks, bullets, heat exchangers, agitators, vessels, columns(tray and packed type), reactor,filter,cooling towers,etc.
OVERALL EXPOSURE:
- Organize and conduct preventive, predictive, opportunity based maintenance, overhauling, shutdown of the rotary as well as static equipments.
- Primary role is to provide the required technical and engineering support to MEG Maintenance to safely and reliably maintain its plant.
- Coordinate, review and assign appropriate maintenance strategy (PM,Run to Fail) using methodology like Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FEMA).
- To perform “root cause analysis” for various rotating equipment failure modes, and the develop Preventive and Predictive Maintenance programs.
- Perform periodic review of “Bad Actors,” of the equipment with the following conditions:
• Low Mean Time between Failures (MTBF)

- Coordination with (Operation, Electrical & Instrumentation) staff as a part of isolation and restoration procedure of Preventive, Break down and Emergency Maintenance System.
