Experienced in working with Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning Phases of Project Planning, Scheduling (Using Primavera P6 Ver./Petrocept/PPCS/PCS/PMS), Progress Monitoring & Control, Earned Value Analysis, Tracking & Follow-up of complete cycle of Engineering deliverables, Procurement deliveries, preparation of Construction dashboards, Commodities Growth, Resource levelling, Progress invoicing, Weekly & Monthly Reporting, Performing delay analysis, Manpower Productivity Analysis & close follow up of Performance Indicators (K.P.I’s), identifyingthe major delay contributing activities/milestones from the E.P.C Project Master Schedule highlight & ensure to Management to make sure that effective measures are taken to avoid delays and slippages for Project completion.
