As a Planning and Controls Supervisor handling multiple projects for Makati Development Corporation's South Luzon Operations Center (I am currently handling and managing 50+ on-going construction projects), my basic fuction is to assure that every project will be delivered on time with a high level of quality and most importantly within the project budget.
Generation of Project Accomplishment Report, Status, Monitoring Programs as well as Project Team's Key Response Area (this is the basis on how the Management will evaluate the performance of a certain project team) are just some of my functions. Not to mention that as a Planning Supervisor, I take the lead on the creation of Time Impact Analyses as well as the much important Extension of Time Claims.
Regarding Cost Monitoring, my role is to analyse and produce on a regular basis Performance indexes, i.e. Schedule Performance and Cost Performance Indexes. This is to ensure that the Project is still on ttrack both in terms on its timely delivery and cost efficiency.
