Have worked during project studies / FEED, Engineering and implementation Phases (Engineering, Procurement Construction & Commissioning) for major clients such as Chevron, Exxon Mobile, Shell, Statoil, BP ENI etc, across Europe, Africa & Asia. I have carried out project studies, coordinated and developed schedules in the oil & gas, Minerals & Infrastructure Sectors
I am conversant with the use of Primavera P3 & P7, and also have good knowledge of project controls procedures. Responsibilities have included initiating the identification of scopes of work, WBS, Engineering Deliverables, Identification and tracking of Procurement work packages through vendor consultations, ex-works, shipment & site need dates, and Construction sequence planning for New Projects, Revamps, Upgrades and also for Project Bid Proposals.
Preparation and consolidation of Weekly Work plans in collaboration with Prime Contractors and Local Community Contractors. Development and Elaboration of Weekly Management summary reports Conducting and Chairing of daily and weekly progress and schedules review meetings with supervising Disciplines’ Superintendents, Subcontractors and Project Managers.
Pioneered the implimentation of Last Planner. Used last Planner for the coordination of daily Test Package Progress Review meetings coordination of Precommissiong and Reinstatements.
