My experience is in the Oil & Gas Industry / Refinery with an emphasis on Pipelines, Piping, Equipment, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation installation works, Buildings, LNG, Infrastructure Development (Static Equipments, Water, Sewerage, Drainage, District Cooling, Electrical & Telecommunication Networks, Bridges, Culverts, Roads and Railways, Power generation plant).
More recently, I have been responsible for Cost/planning & scheduling activities including preparing & updating plans & schedules (CPM Networks), resource (manpower, equipment & material) loading schedules & histograms, procurement control logs, progress measurement & monitoring system, progress reports including progress assessment curves and productivity reports, using Oracle / Primavera Project Planner(P7, P6, P5, P3E, P3.1, P3, P2, DOS), Microsoft Project ,SAP , Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
I have been involved in the (EPC Project) costing, Budgeting & Cost Control of projects by preparing & updating costs & budgets, cost coding & allocation, cost loading, cost measurement & monitoring system, cash flow charts (in & out) & monthly invoice schedules, progress billings / payment certificates, budget/cost/financial reports & financial progress curves.
Assessing impacts, preparing, and reviewing claims for time extension & additional costs for contract variations.
In the last 4 years I was involved in the ICSS(DCS ESD & F&G) , Telecom & Fire & Gas Systems development.(Planning & cost) I followed activities starting from the technical support (Engineering , Procurement , Construction)-in particular case for the Fire & Gas devices for both area ON & OFF Shore - purchase order through to the delivery on site (Shipping documentations & custom clearance).
