With more than 20 years working in Construction Management, I have gained experience working with construction, consultancy and project management firms in a diverse portfolio of mega projects (Airports, infrastructure, roads, residential, hotels and hospitals) covering all phases of the project from design through construction to close-out. This experience covered Time, Cost and Document management. Experience in contract administration of FIDIC based contracts as well as the assessment of Extension of Time (EOT) claims utilizing various industry known delay analysis techniques (SCLProtocol and RP-FSA).
These experiences were broadened by utilizing the latest Project Management Software and various reporting skills including KPIs and dashboards.
On the other hand, I gained profound experience working at the corporate level of these firms from developing project control ISO 9001 procedures, to developing a Project Control Database System, as well as a carrying out feasibility studies to introduce new construction technologies.
