Senior Planner, Larsen & Toubro (L & T) Limited, Offshore Platforms and pipelines

• Project planning, scheduling, monitoring, updating, controlling & co-ordination of the offshore oil & gas project. Overall responsibility for timely completion of the project.
• Schedules using Primavera to monitor all the activities for projects, both in house as well as with sub-contractors and bought-outs.
• Fabrication planning for offshore Jackets/Decks/Piles/Conductors.
• Preparation of turnover budget for the project, preparing Work Order Break up, Billing Break-up.
• Responsible for interaction with customers, consultants for approval of drawings, third party inspection agencies, vendors and subcontractors, and interdepartmental follow up for project execution activities.
• Site visits to monitor and co-ordinate the site activities and attending the site meetings.
• Monitoring Inventory & also procurement in line with requirements at site.
