It’s an Onshore Oil & Gas Field with Central Oil Gathering/Processing & Satellite Facilities (CPFS), Gas Turbine Generator/Heat Recovery Steam Generator, Early Thermal Facility, Multiple Effect Mechanical Vapour Compressors Brine Concentrator Unit, Oil Production Wells, Steam Injection Wells.
Responsibilities involved:
⦁ To Maintain plant activities and Production activities ,to achieve production targets day to day activities
⦁ Should have good communication Skills.
⦁ Take permit to work system from Oxy supervisors and control the crew members in work site. Arranging the materials at right time
⦁ Cable jointing and Ring works in oil and gas fields. To give the supply to the wells .Doing Substation maintenance works
Substations, Central Processing Facilities which exports 1, 50, 000 BPD of Crude oil
Satellite -1 and Satellite-2 is collective station of oil from nearby Oil wells.
Multiple Effect Mechanical Vapor Compressor System, Exports 300000 BPD of Distillate water.
⦁ Oil Production Wells (RDPCP, ESP, BEAM PUMP WELLS), Steam Injection Wells, Water source/ disposal Wells, CVR wells.
⦁ Instrument installation in wells (PIT, TIT, and FT) and also had my experience with SAM panel, Variable Frequency and Speed drive.
⦁ Inspection of various Instrument installations, performing inspection/ witnessing of all kinds of process instruments related activities and as per approved quality control procedures.

Installation of 6.6kv Schneider panel. 33/6.6kv, 12.5MVA transformers, 6.6/0.433kv 1.6MVA transformers, 110V UPS, HV and LV cables, flood lighting poles around the substation, earthings etc… Installation of flare panel, fire and gas devices such as smoke detector, heat detector, manual call point and sounder and cabling works between them.
Well Heads:
1. Oil Production Wells (RDPCP, ESP, BEAM PUMP WELLS), Steam Injection Wells, Water source/ disposal Wells.
2. Planning and Designing for all Instrumentation works. Involving in supervising of site activities and preparing erection, installation & testing of Hook up of well head works and in Gathering station works. Preparation of PTW for the daily routine projects works. Acquainted with permit to work system including that adopted by OXY standards. Ring Main Units (RMU):
Installation of RMU (11KV) with step down transformer for providing permanent power supply to the well heads.
