I’m a well rounded IMS Management/Scheduler my key role has been a IMS within the program management office. I have over 15 years of experience with high focus on the planning and deliveryof various NPI and facilities related projects. I have been accountable for project initiation, planning, and control of complex projects related subsystems, or process development. I perform complex project planning, identifies project critical issues, and to resolve gaps and problems. I work well with different units, suppliers, customers and/or other teams.
I have a strong ability to communicate information in an accurate manner. I help in decision making that may affect the use of Primavera-P6 Project management software. I’m highly skilled facilitator with 20 years of project management experience. I’m a self-starter with strong leadership skills. I have the excellent ability to communicate technical information effectively with team members and others in the work group, as well as employees in other units. I work well with Specific work assignment I can plan and lead program and project planning sessions, facilitate project meetings, and run critical reports. I function independently in leading a large diverse program or project planning session. My skills and responsibilities also include preparation and pre-work for the session as well as follow up and action ownership. Most of my position’s required me to mentor/coach the leadership team and address leadership issues one-on-one with senior divisional and department management. I have traveled all over the world and I have ability to adapt to diverse business climates. I have the ability to facilitate a meeting, stop any side bar conversations constructively, and be able to keep the team focused on the objective at hand. I provide input of programs and create accurate and detailed schedules. I’m able to train and mentor others.
