My current experience is in line with my expertise on Project & Programme Management, Project Controls including Planning, Scheduling, Cost Controls, Estimating, Risk Analysis, Claims & Contract Management, and Change Management with a verifiable track record of achievements within the IT Industry, Power-Energy, FMCG and Oil & Gas industries in a national, international and multicultural organization, meeting clients on regular basis such as weekly, monthly & quarterly to discuss strategies, roadmaps, value proposition. Recently, I am working with Schlumberger as Project Manager on Data Migration project (DEVOPS). Through successful planning, tracking KPIs, reporting, monitoring, and avoiding impediments, the project cycle was completed on time.
