I am a project management professional with over 32years of experience with 28 years in Middle East and 20 years in Jeddah.
My primary work has been in areas of project management, project sourcing and bidding, planning and monitoring, project controls, budgeting, job costing and cost control, claims management, development of company systems and procedures. I have had the opportunity of working on diverse projects ranging from housing, public buildings, airports, hospitals, aircraft maintenance hangars, educational institutions, malls and retail complexes, hotels etc. among others. The construction value of these projects is approximately US$ 12 Billion over last 25 years. In addition I have further participated in major projects from development perspective with value of such projects in excess of US$ 40 Billion. I have overall experience of 32 years, including 28 years in Middle East. In this time frame I have participated in a significant number of construction projects as well as project proposals.
At present I am working with Mace International Ltd in Libya on several major Developments. I have earlier participated in following airports:
