I wish to be considered for a Planning Engineer/Manager role at your esteemed firm in any capacity where I may be deemed useful (inclusive of Project Management, Project Planning, Scheduler / Project controls specialist, Project coordination).
I am a Civil Engineering Graduate from the Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, MBA in Real Estate from GGISPU and completed Certificates Course in Project Management from IITD and PMP certified from PMI, USA
Currently associate with ATE (AL-Sayed Alawi Asaad Tunsi Est.) as Planning Engineer at Makkah (Saudi Arabia). currently based at New Delhi (India). I have an assorted varied work experience of about 10 years.
I've had varied experience spanning a whole gamut of activities in the construction / built environment arena from Project Planning, scheduling, execution Work to Project Coordination to Project Concept / Proposal Formulation (including Finance & Structuring) always having had the privilege of being tasked with duties beyond my then current experience, exposure and education and then going on to executing them with reasonable success.
This experience includes, Preparation of Project Charter, Preparation of Master Schedule, preparation of Development Strategy for the project, Project Execution, contract management for township to hotel projects.
In addition to the above, I have reasonable understanding as well as exposure to the elements of Project Development, financing, execution and operation and have had some exposure to activities related to business development, bidding for tenders and making requisite presentations. I’ve also had quite a significant exposure to the functioning of Govt. bodies and have reasonable awareness of the prevailing business, industrial & economic environment.
I consider my communication skills (both written and verbal) and analytical skills backed with clear conceptual understanding to be my particular strengths.
