Dear Sir/Madam,
I have graduated from the Civil Engineering Department of Thrace's Technical University (Greece) in 1995. Since then, I have worked as construction site engineer, as planning-scheduling engineer and supervisor in major construction sites across Greece and from 7/2007-9/2013 as project manager, engaging in the development of industrial, commercial buildings, motorways, residents and schools. Recently I moved to Qatar and I am working as a Planning Manager for a big construction joint venture.
Through my career I have proven effective in comprehending and successfully addressing series of issues that may arise in the course of a construction project (technical studies, project planning, cash-flow analysis, time schedule etc.). I was also able to face and address issues concerning site management (supervision and execution of landscape works, employees and sub-contractors management, etc.). Taking part in different kind of projects gave me the opportunity to gain significant experience in many aspects of construction projects from the beginning until the completion of the project. In this stage of my career I am using the above experience in combination with my expert use of Primavera to work effectively as a Planning Manager.
I consider myself a hard working and strongly motivated person, always trying to improve my skills and eager to help in any way in order to have the best possible result .
Specialties:
Overall monitor of the efficient and timely implementation of structural and architectural design (technical specifications and studies, timeframe) and the good execution of landscape works.
Formulation of Construction’s Budget and Time schedule.
Monitoring operations on site.
Formulation of construction’s financial reports.
Employees and sub-contractors management.
Strong use of Primavera
As established in this attached CV, my knowledge and big experience can assure you for my qualifications.
I remain at your disposal for further information.

Maria Chatzini
