- Project Planning: Developed strategy for phasing of construction and resource planning, contracting, supply of owner supply materials, equipment optimization, set up right site infrastructure for 30mn sft high rise construction and 10000 acres township developments.
- Budgeting: Provided the leadership and management of estimating lifecycle. Managed actual cost 6 percent less than budget through identifying impacts and recommending for redesigning, reviewing the specifications to meet the business objectives.
- Cost Control: Developed the dynamic cost monitoring model to assess the cost impact on projects at each proposal and actual costs.
- Contract Administration: In my present company I am responsible for change management of cost and schedule.
