I have five years of experience as Project Control Engineer on Mega Projects of Oil & Gas business for various Oil Companies for which I performed both cost and schedule Risk Analysis and Assessment, Planning and Control of Project Schedule for Engineering, Manufacturing and Construction Phases, and reporting regarding Project Status and Project Performances both to Client and Top Management. I followed the various project stages from the office located in Milan for the engineering phase and directly at site, in United Arabian Emirates for Construction phase.
