I have had experience in project planning that include:-
- Infrastructure projects for LUL and Network Rail covering station modernisation, station refurbishment and track.
- The project constitutes design, procurement and installation work.
- My experience included planning for design , procurement and installation activities.
- The work covers preparation ofplans for tender packages, approval and sanction to go forward on a Target price basis with the design and installation contractors.
Experience also includes progress monitoring and reporting on Project.
