Site Planner/Scheduler, Al Fouzan Trading & General Construction Co., Jeddah Hospital (400 Beds)

1. Prepare and update project schedules using Primavera 6.

2. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports to be submitted to the consultant and top management.

3. Monitor the work progress, determining schedule and cost performance against planned work.

4. Monitor the cash flow, manpower, materials and other resources to be available when needed.         

5. Review the critical path analysis, locate the delays and discrepancies and take corrective actions to avoid  delays.

6. Review of shop drawing and material submittals.
