Scope Construction of 5 buildings Parking + 12 Floor luxurious 24K residential buildings. All civil, MEP & finishing works.

Responsibilities
Ø Responsible for all Planning, Billing & Estimation related activities for all projects under West-Annex (which includes 5 major residential & commercial projects).
Ø Preparation, Updating, Tracking & Monitoring of the schedule.
Ø Preparing & monitoring look ahead schedules.
Ø Sub-contractor Finalization.
Ø Finalization of Finishing Item as per customers’ requirements.
Ø Monitoring schedule of drawings.
Ø Preparation of MIS.
Ø Preparation of different cost plans & monitoring of the same.
Ø Contracting,Cost Control & Billing for PRW in ERP (Highrise).
Ø Contract management (Technical, contractual & Commercial Matters) & co-ordination with Consultants.
Ø Preparing & monitoring cash-flow.
Ø Monitoring pre-constructional activities.
