  • Macro level planning, scheduling and monitoring for Civil Construction of various components like Preheater, Silos and Mills as well as CPP.
  • Preparation of Capital cost Estimates.
  • Order Finalization (including preparation of technical; and financial  comparative for offers received) for Equipments to be procured for installation at Cement Plants.

  • Co-ordination with consultants for timely release of drawings and follow-up as well as fixing of Drawings Schedule.
  • Follow up for Equipment delivery and Supply as per the delivery schedules in the contract.
