Check the final phase construction networks for Jeddah III Power & Desalination Plant and revise and/or reschedule where necessary to meet power and water production requirements and targets. This entailed liaising with the consulting engineer, Ewbank & Partner to check the schedules were attainable and the final stage construction of the final two flash distillation units were commissioned on time to meet water production demands from the Jeddah municipality.  Jeddah III Power and Desalination Plant was designed to manufacture 20million gallons of fresh water daily.  The power source for the four Weir-Westgarth flash distillation plants was by-pass steam from the four Seimens twin stage steam turbines, which as a by-product exported surplus power to the Saudi grid.
