ü  Preparing Baseline Program in Primavera P6.

ü  Responsible for preparation of construction schedule for the project and get client & consultant approval.

ü  Planning the resources with due consideration to the company’s existing resources and resource policy.

ü  Prepare look-ahead program and short term program.

ü  Monitoring the progress and reporting to the Planning Manager on progress achieved as compared to progress planned and effect on completion date.

ü  Monitoring and Reporting of Subcontractor’s progress.

ü  Establish and monitor program.

ü  Submission of monthly reports to the Consultant & Client as required in the contract.
