ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :-
1. Estimation of scope of work for generation of Work orders for various activities such as Fabrication of Structure, Piping & Pressure parts, Shutdown of various site, Third Party Inspection, Painting & Logistics.
2. Assessing various vendors for Technical Competency and suggesting Procurement/Purchase Department on the same.
3. Preparing a Detailed Schedule for close monitoring of Project.
4. Procurement planning to optimize the raw material inventory levels and as well reduce production downtime.
5. Coordinate between various departments (i.e., Design, Production, and QA/QC & Finance) for various issues regarding work progress & for issues impacting activities on the critical path.
6. Generation of Daily / Monthly/Weekly Progress Reports for submission to clients.
7. Updating and alerting on delays and suggesting ways to Expedite Project Progress and Catch-up delays.
8. Preparation and Monitoring of Cash Flow statements for various projects in-order to ensure Budgeted completion of projects.
9. Assesing Monthly Bills submitted by the sub contractors as per site conditions.
10. Co- Ordinate with Finance Department for Generation of Bills for submission to clients.
11. Review and Analyze the Contract documents for the projects and suggest ways to expedite the deficiencies in the Contract.
12. Generation of Schedule of Quantities for substantiating and claiming Extension of time from the client.
13. Maintaining the Catch up Construction Plan for upcoming months as well as preparing Manpower Mobilization plan.
14. Analyzing the contractor progress in terms of target Vs Actual and preparing the plan for higher productivity.
