Management Experience:
I have held management positions spanning 15 years in project-oriented organisations including 8 years senior management experience. I have strong experience in project and programme management and I am familiar with modern practices. I have experience in establishing project management offices, implementing ERP systems, product development projects, and managing organisational change. I have gained my experience in EPC projects, the IT sector, the energy sector, and the aerospace and automotive sectors. My experience is gained in highly complex environments.
Education:
I have completed a M.Sc. in Project Management. My engineering qualifications include a diploma in electrical engineering and mechanical engineering. I also have qualifications in business administration and operations management.
Capabilities:
I am familiar with FIDIC and NEC contracts types. I am an advanced Primavera P6 and MS Project user. I have developed project managers and installed PMO’s so that project oriented companies are capable of conducting business in a structured and professional project manner. Additional to my experience with PRINCE2 and PMBOK methodologies, I develop bespoke frameworks and enterprise project management processes. I specialise in project planning, project control, project governance and performance management.
I have managed change and driven large scale improvements in highly complex environments. I practice sound stakeholder management practices which develop a coherent and collaborative environment in order to deliver the transformation as the client requires. I have sound knowledge of total quality management and project management processes. Among other practices, I apply the commonly practiced methods of programme development and management, project earned value management, project change management, and advanced risk management to support the control of projects and successful outcome.
