In-Charge of Project Management of University Project (FLAME)worth over Rs. 1800 million, Institutional Campus spread in an area of 100 acres, designed by M/s VastuShilp Consultants Ahmedabad.
The Project consisted of
Academic:3 Class Room Blocks, 2 Faculty Blocks, Seminar Block, Performing Arts, Visual Arts, and Laboratories for Physics, Chemistry & Bilogy and Recording Studio.
Housing:9 Hostels, 42 Residential Blocks for Faculty/Students.
Infrastructure:Shopping Complex, Swimming Pool, Dining, Electrical/Panel Room, DG Room, Canteen, Dormitories, Laundry, Coffee Shop, Stores, Water Reservoir, Plaza, Kund (Water body), and Internal Roads & Main Ring Road & Landscaping.
Sports Infrastructure:Football ground, Tennis court, Basketball court, Volley ball, Horse stable & Multipurpose hall.
During Designing & Planning stage
From the original areas given by the Architect for various Academic Blocks, there was considerable reduction in the built-up area of 1086.99 Sqm has been achieved (7860.99Sqm -6774 Sqm). Thus a saving of around Rs. 15 million at the beginning of the Project was achieved.
Proficiently completed Institutional Campus Phase 1 & 2 forFlame University Pune, India.
Promoted as Assistant Vice President on 1st January 2008 as a reward for successful inauguration of the University in September 2007.
