I have over 9 Years of experience in Project Controls, as Home Office Schedule/Planning Engineer for Engineering, Procurement, & Construction Projects majoring in Refinery, Petrochemical Oil and Gas Industry.
Experience in Planning, Scheduling, & Monitoring Engineering, Procurement, and Construction activities with respect to Plan and Progress using computerized planning systems, Primavera Project Management Release 6.2.1, Primavera Engineering & Construction P3 e/c, Primavera Project Planner (P3), Sure track, Milestone Professional ‘06 and Microsoft Project.
Prepare baseline schedules, review baseline schedules, update schedules, analyze monthly updates of schedules, analyze modifications to schedules, and prepare project schedule status reports.
Preparing, regular updating & distribution of Progress Reports (Monthly, Weekly, and S- Curve, histograms) etc to Client / Management. Assist disciplines to prepare control list as basis for progress calculation. Report & Forecast possible causes of schedule or progress delays of project.
Engineering & Procurement deliverables are systematically monitored.
