I have more than 28 years of experience in planning and forensic delay analysis, strategic and project management, claim management and dispute resolution, economic evaluation and analysis, and investment advisory. My experience and expertise developed through my involvement in major projects from different industries in Asia, Europe, North Africa, North America, and the Middle East.
For Expert Witness experience, I have been regularly acted as an expert witness on cases involving the analysis of delays, disruptions, and disputed final accounts. Where, I have submitted expert reports and gave evidences in court, adjudication, and arbitration tribunals.
For Claim Management experience, I have an extensive experience in claim management, forensic delay analysis, and quantum analysis on multi–billions of Dollars’ Contracts around the world where I have a high rate of successful settlements for his clients.
Furthermore, I have been regularly led project management and engineering teams involved in mega projects from different industries as oil and gas, petrochemical, aviation, power generation, infrastructure, railway, defence, maritime, hospitality, healthcare, residential, and commercial buildings
In addition to above, I was appointed as a Vice Dean at the Strategic Projects Management Institute at AASTMT, Arab League, from 2009 to 2011. I was elected as Vice Chairman at Asita, Alexandria Software and IT Association, from 2011 to 2013. I was also appointed as CEO for CMCS North Africa from 2010 to 2014.
