As an experienced Senior Project Controls, with over 12 years of experience, both in back office and on site functions in the Project & Construction sector, within two leading Project Management companies – CORE P&C Management Ltd and Hill International Ltd - I am seeking a fresh challenge within a grand multinational dynamic company where individual effort is recognized and rewarded. Here are a few of my achievements:
- Lead integration of different contractual schedules and budgets into a robust Programme. This one was set up as a baseline to monitor against. Helped to improve performances and appropriate liaison among stakeholders to end up Light rail project with “zero delays”.
- Held accountable for state-of the art AEC companies. Drove BIM technology and innovation to its maximum. Adapted and implemented PMI processes leveraging the power of BIM through 4D/5D tools including Synchro and VICO software which allowed to cut down overruns about 10%.
- Created S-curves and client-oriented dashboards to avoid ambiguity and provided a deep understanding on the project status, helping to anticipate up to 30% of risks.
- Consolidated cost-loaded UNOG Headquarters Restoration Programme, encompassing Lead Designing, Space Planning, relocations, works execution, commissioning and handover. It helped to assess scope and prevent risks at early stages by up to 15%.
- Conceived a mobile application to improve urban infrastructure in favour of disabled, prioritizing actions to be run by the City Council of Las Rozas in Madrid.
