I was solely responsible for delivering the full recruitment cycle for the new independent project and manned the project fully to 240 heads within 3 months exceeding the stakeholder expectations and therefore increasing Aibel UK Ltd revenue.

- Manpower Planning for three large Oil & Gas Maintenance and Modification projects offshore and onshore from Tender through to Detailed Design to ensure all project milestones were delivered
