Via planning planet i have learned the opprotunity for Cost Engineer post.
I am presently working in Brunei darussalam under Swiber offshore Construction handling the position of Cost Control/Reporting Engineer. My scope of works includes budget preparation (WBS form), cost monitoring, forecast and estimates cost to complete and cost at completion. It is my role to inform the management for any variances occur in the project to be able to execute a contingency or recovery plan. Interacts with our operation team on a day to day project progress. Responsible in monitoring subcontractor performance and recommends payment.
