· Preparation of Tender Documents (Tendering Procedures and contract conditions).
· Contract Administration: Correspondence, monitoring progress of work, etc…
· Preparation of technical and financial reports.
Quantity Surveying.
· creating the Baseline schedule in Primavera P6 for the project with the contractor and AECOM schedulers.
· Preparing the CMCS invoices and all of its related documents in addition to reviewing all contractor invoices.
· Preparing all required CMCS and Contractor Modification orders needed to be added to the project
· Attending all High level and progress meetings with AECOM or with the contractor.
· Responsible for all income or outcome correspondences and writing all outcome correspondences .
