Wide experience on project implementation under various phases such as Feasibility Studies, Design, Detailed Engineering, EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, Construction Supervision and Project management), EPC / LSTK (Lump Sum Turnkey) and Project Management Consultancy (PMC) role/phases of projects in the varied fields.
Responsibilities include Project management & Contract Administration, Planning, Scheduling & Monitoring of Projects, right from Project Initiation to Commissioning / Hand-over including Basic Engineering, Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Shut-Down & Commissioning activities using Primavera Project Planner 6 as a Planning & Scheduling Tool.
