I am a Post-graduate Engineer with MBA, having more than 6.8 years of Experience in technical matters, EPC & Turnkey Projects and administration. I had the opportunity to initiate, plan, execute and control the several projects like Oil & Gas Plant, Petrochemical & Refinery Plant, Automotive Industry, and LNG Gas Plant etc. I have worked with some of the leaders in this field like M/S Gulf Consolidated Contractors Co. LTD.(KSA), M/S Heineken Royal Brewery (UK), Serica Energy Plc (UK) and Locus Technologies (INDIA). Thus had the opportunity to work with leading clients like Saudi Aramco, SATORP (Saudi Aramco and Total oil refinery), BECHTEL Ltd, PALL Corporation, Jaguar UK, BHEL (Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd.), BDL (Bharat Dynamics Ltd.) etc. I worked as Lead Planning Engineer in EPC, Planning Engineer in Petrochemical plant and Product Design Engineer in Design industry.
It is needless to say that I have excellent experience in Tender Estimation, Costing, Scheduling/Base-lining, Executing and updating the project plan and reporting performances, Profound Knowledge and hands-on experience on Project Management areas such as Integration Management, Scope Management, Time Management, Cost Management, Quality Management, Human Resource management, Communications Management, Risk Management and Procurement Management. I also have an excellent experience in Designing sector by using the design and analysis software’s like AutoCAD, CADian, Pro-E, Catia, Solid works, Abaqus, 3D max, M.Sc Nastran, Ansys and have decent exposure to Reliability and Maintainability Software’s such as Reliasoft and Weibull analysis.
Presently, I am working with M/S Gulf Consolidated Contractors Co. Ltd. as a Lead planning Engineer and handling the two major projects of the company at KHURSANIYAH (SAUDI ARAMCO Project) and at Jubail-II (SATORP Project) Saudi Arabia-K.S.A. I am responsible to Baseline planning, progressing and forecasting work-to-go and production of associated planning reports, including Gantt charts, 'S' Curves, manning histograms and Earned value Analysis.
I have also worked with M/S Heineken Royal Brewer (UK) and Serica Energy Plc (UK) as a Planning Engineer to execute various activities of large turnkey Project and to established and maintained a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to
plan and record all engineering work on the site; considering materials, equipment, support services and estimated duration of Petrochemical & Refinery Plant, Oil & Gas Plant etc.
