I have experience in Planning, Scheduling, Programming, Controls(Time & Cost), Contracts & Claims Management.My experiences have been in Infrastructure Development (Water, Sewerage, Drainage, Electrical & Telecommunication Networks, Roads and Railways,), Building Construction (Residential, Commercial, Public, Industrial Buildings).I have been carrying out Planning, Scheduling & Schedule Control of projects by preparing & updating Plans & Schedules (CPM Networks), Resource (Manpower,Equipment & Material) Loading Schedules & Histograms,Procurement Control Logs, Progress Measurement & Monitoring System,Progress Reports (Daily, Weekly & Monthly) including Progress Assessment Curves and Productivity Reports, using Oracle / Primavera Project Planner(P8,P7, P6, P3E, P3.1, P3), Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).I have been carrying out Costing, Budgeting & Cost Control of projects by preparing & updating Costs & Budgets, Cost Coding & Allocation, Cost Loading, Cost Measurement & Monitoring system, Cash Flow Charts (In & Out) & Monthly Invoice Schedules, Progress Billings / Payment Certificates, Budget/Cost/Financial Reports & Financial Progress Curves.
