- EPC L1,L2,L3 schedule preparing, resource loading and monitoring
- Schedule preparing for the subcontractor, major equipment delivery
- Loading the Contract Price Activity wise in the Schedule.
- Preparation and Generation of Progress Curves of the EPC Project and Devising the Method of progress Measurement as per Client Requirement.
- Productivity Analysis Report Preparation per System to see the Efficiency of the Project Area and Zone wise.
- Critical Path analysis for the overall EPC Project. Marking the Long leading Activities and suggesting the Corrective actions.
- Analysis of Subcontractor’s/vendor’s weekly and Monthly Reports. Giving our subcontractors/vendorstargets for construction on weekly and Monthly basis.
- Supervising Equipment deployment and Material Procurement Plan development by Planning Engineers.
- Preparation of Monthly Presentation/reportfor Client.
- Progress update for Monthly invoice and also identification of Extra works other then Contractual Scope.
- Preparation of Monthly Progress for the Client.
- Preparation and maintaining the Budget in coordination with Cost Control Officers.
- Progress Verification for Engineering, Procurement & Construction with Client.
- Answering Contractual letters written by Client, Our Consortium partner ACCand Sub-Contractors.
- Conducting meeting with Our Site Construction Teams, Sub Contractors & Client to increase the productivityand resolve the issues.
- Preparing the Top Most critical items for the Project & Reporting them to the company top management.
