Job Description:
- Initiation Phase: Planning Turnaround preparation. Creating AR, WBS, Conducting Turnaround Initiation meeting, Forming Turnaround preparation team.
- Scoping phase : Coordinating with all disciplines for TA scope collection, Scope review, challenging and issue preliminary job list.
- Planning & Scheduling phase : Creation of work orders, Studying, understanding all relevant documents & conditions pertaining to the work orders and Preparing Isometric drawings with Materials list using SPF and SAP according to plant piping, painting and insulation specifications. Identifies and recommends requirements for specialized contractor work, preparation of job specification/job scope of contracts and coordinating bid evaluation as required.

Acting team member in Green field project of captive power plant including erection and commissioning of 5 no. of 6 MW Wartsila DG sets, westfalia Separators, thermax make 950 sq.m waste heat recovery boilers, 57 m height self supported chimneys, fire hydrant system. 3x600 cub.m FO storage tanks and auxiliaries for captive power plant.
Erection and commissioning of Thermax make 240 TOR HWF Vapour absorption machine and 2 x 18 cub.m Reverse Osmosis water treatment plant and Performance testing of Membranes.
3. M/s MRF Ltd.
- Erected and Commissioned 15 Nos of 48” Curing press with steam, hot water and cooling water pipe headers and connected lines by 4 months.
- Erected and Commissioned 16 Ton Shellmax boiler- 1no, Hot water high pressure de-aerator with steam PR stations , 1100CFM air compressors- 2 Nos, Tyre uniformity machine- 2 Nos. 80 TR chilled water system and Dehumidification Air Handling unit for creel steel wire storage room.
- Replaced 1000 KVA DG set by overhauled engine.

- Erected and Commissioned 14 Ton Shellmax boiler- 1no, Replaced westerwork boiler burner by weishaupt Germany burner and Furnace oil, Air systems in 7 days.
- Being involved in Project proposal, planning, estimation of new proposed 180 ton/day Tyre plant at Irapuram Rubber Park.
- Proposal, Erection and commissioning of soft water treatment plant.
