As a Projects Planner I am Responsible for the creation of Schedules, monitoring & controlling of time and cost, updating them as to follow the planned time & cost schedule to achieve the project target , as well as responsible for issuing extension of Time "EoT" and Cost for Change Order Request (COR) to reserve company's rights, besides issuing tender schedules.
I am a graduate in Construction Engineering and MBA in Project Management as well as attached with various International Professional bodies for enriching my academic experience.
Main objective is to establish and manage effectively a planning and progress control system in order to support the Project Managers decision-making process and allow him to complete the project according to the internal baselines and in compliance with the contractual dates and requirements. Ensure any deviation from plan is promptly spotted and analyzed, final time impact is estimated and the effect of corrective actions taken is monitored. Create a schedule awareness atmosphere among all project participants.
