Zaki (Russ Zack)is certified as M.MENSA/ MRICS/ ACIArb/ PQS/ PMP/ PMI-RMP/ PMI-SP/ CCE/ EVP/ PSP/ CRA/ CCC, holding a PhD in Engineering Management, Masters in Project Management from The George Washington University (USA), Bachelor of Engineering in Civil and Bachelor of Science in Mathematics/Quantity Survey, with over 23+ years’ experience out of which 20+ years were in Projects’ Controls/Projects’ Management fields, for portfolio of programs/projects worth over CAN$ 10 Billion, diversified between Infrastructures, Road Works/Bridges, Networks, Oil/Gas, Industrial, Transit/Metros, Villas, High-Rise/Medium towers (Commercial, Residential, Universities, Hospitals, and Hotels), and Airports. He has strong skills in Leadership, effective written/ verbal communication, Contracts/Claims’ Management, Marketing, Management, Projects’ Controls/Projects’ Management, Planning/Scheduling, and Cost Controls. He is currently heading and directing the Altus Group’s portfolio of projects in Edmonton and North Alberta Canada. Firas also is a PMI/AACEI’s Technical Speaker, entrepreneur, and Executive Trainer for International Project and Construction Management (IPCM) in the Middle East, North America, North Africa and Europe. He is a Member and active Volunteer in PMI, AACEI, and other associations since over the last 13 years, and currently expediting his P.Eng in Ontario, Certified Forensic Claim Consultant CFCC and Gold Seal Certificates
