Infrastructure Project Planner / Activities Coordinator
Working at the Mexico City Underground Line 12 Project, Daniel is responsible of the 3 Infrastructure schedules (electrification, depot equipment and ticketing system). His main activities include:
- Developand maintain an integrated planning, identifying the critical path elements for all the infrastructure disciplines of the project and inform the team of any risks.
- Prepare the weekly progress report.
- Generate project progress measurement, S-Curves and reporting systems to keep track of the progress.
- Analyse civil works slippages, subcontractor and provider schedules to verify compliance with the project program.

Daniel had to manage the capital budgeting for STMicroelectronics and STEricsson (joint venture with Ericsson) on SAP PS.
- Verified investment projects Business Plans and the capital appropriation requests and their consistency.
- Released the Capital budget according the management’s strategy and guidelines.
- Controlled and reported the Capital Expenditures on a weekly basis.
- Supported the work package controllers on the budgeting process and on SAP Project System.
