· Sound knowledge of planning, maintenance, strengths, properties and uses of materials in building construction.
· Could operate effectively with Microsoft office tools namely Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
· Have worked with various versions of Windows Operating System namely Win XP and Win 98.
· Efficient management and organizational abilities.
· Excellent written and communication skills in English.
· Have good problem solving with analytical thinking.
· Open minded to work in complex environment and projects.
