John Sisk & Sons, Assistant Site Management – Savoy Hotel – London (June 2007 – July 2007):

This was a £1m sample room and corridor refurbishment of a five–star hotel project, using a traditional procurement structure. One of two site managers managing an art deco style room with the adjoining corridor. Again the same duties listed under the Chiswell Street project were carried out.

 

John Sisk & Sons, Assistant Site Management – Intercontinental Hotel – London (September 2006 – May 2007):

This was a £28m five–star hotel refurbishment of 447 bedrooms, using a traditional procurement method. Acting as an assistant site manager, managed various subcontractors on external and internal aspects of the project. As part of the external requirements, cladding was replaced and installed, along with new windows. Internal experience included the management of 40 rooms. Also managed all the associated subcontractors and again carrying out the same duties listed under the Chiswell Street project.
