Nowadays, I’m Sr. Planning Engineer responsible for Steam Power Plants Master Time Schedule, in Belfort Plant (France), which includespreparation and revision of Coal Fired Super Critical Boiler Construction & Commissioning and Gas and Steam Power Plants schedules. The Site productivity overview report is also part of my duties.
During the project life cycle, I’m also responsible for deliverables, assisting construction and Commissioning Managers with Resource Planning, generating weekly and monthly reports, highlighting areas in the critical path; requiring and suggesting manpower deployment schedules and man-hours quantities status. Also, I have been interacting with Procurement, Quality, Contract, Accounting/Fiscal and IT teams.
