I have been successful in managing and organizing the project planning functions, developing detailed schedules to organise and manage the forecasting of project labour, materials requirements. I have setup control systems for easy fast tracking of project data through Earned Value analysis, SPI & CPI, CPA network analysis and conventional graphs. Right through the project hierarchy from inception through design, procurement, site construction and commissioning through close preparation and management of detailed and summary level programmes.
Over fifteen years (12) years of overall experience in Developing, Coordinating, Preparing, Updating and Reporting Masters and Details Plan using Primavera P3.1 and P6.7 for interdisciplinary Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning projects (Civil, Mechanical, Piping and E&I), mainly, but not limited for the Oil and Gas Industry in Onshore and Offshore as well as brown and green field facilities.
